Terms and Regulations of Premium Access

Terms

  • Premium account can be used to download any type of content (video, image, archive etc.) or stream video content within available amount of traffic (Premium traffic)
  • 15 days Premium Membership contains up to 105GB of a Premium traffic
  • 30 days Premium Membership contains up to 210GB of a Premium traffic
  • 90 days Premium Membership contains up to 630GB of a Premium traffic
  • 180 days Premium Membership contains up to 1260GB of a Premium traffic
  • 365 days Premium Membership contains up to 2555GB of a Premium traffic
  • Download speed is not limited
  • Up to 250 downloads per each 24 hours are allowed from a single IP address
  • Up to 50 simultaneous downloads are allowed from a single IP address
  • Multi-thread downloads are supported
  • Download managers are supported

Regulations

  • The owner of access credentials (login and password) required to log into a Premium account is responsible for their safekeeping and potential loss.
  • Sharing access credentials (login and password) required to log into a Premium account with any third party is forbidden.
  • Selling access credentials (login and password) required to log into a Premium account is forbidden.

In the case a user is found to be violating any of the above listed terms and conditions, FilesMonster administration reserves the right to block the account of such user without prior warning.

FilesMonster administration monitors all usage of Premium Memberships in order to detect any possible violations and misuse immediately.

Return policy

The terms defined below govern payment refunds for Premium Membership purchase transactions handled by FilesMonster.

  • The amount paid, excluding payment processor commissions and/or fees, will be immediately refunded upon user request, provided such user purchased a Premium Membership and never used it for actual content access.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.

Purchases Through Authorized Resellers

  • FilesMonster shall not be held responsible for Authorized Reseller related billing questions or concerns. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR TRANSACTION AND BILLING QUESTIONS TO YOUR AUTHORIZED RESELLER DIRECTLY. Services offered by FilesMonster including but not limited to technical support will be provided by FilesMonster Customer Support department. If you have any questions or complaints about an Authorized Reseller, please submit them to FilesMonster administration using our contact form.
